Returns & Refunds Policy
At Athleisure Anonymous, we offer a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return for store credit or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unwashed, and unused, with all original tags attached and in original packaging. Items must be free from marks, stains, odours (including deodorant, perfume, or washing powder), or damage.
We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions. Proof of purchase is required.
How to Start a Return

Returns must be approved before being sent back. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
When approved within guidelines, we will provide a free Australia Post return label along with instructions.

Free Returns (Australia Post)
Free returns are only available using the Australia Post label we provide. Labels are issued once per order. We do not reimburse return shipping if you choose your own method.
Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@athleisureanonymous.com.au if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
Sale or discounted items, gift cards, worn or used items, and items returned without tags or original packaging cannot be returned.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To receive a different item, return your original item and place a new order once your return is approved.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please contact your bank or payment provider first. If the issue persists, contact us at info@athleisureanonymous.com.au.
European Union Customers
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period in accordance with EU law.
